Restore Droppod reinforcements logic and superweapon

Bug Description

In TS it was possible to set a flag on a teamtype and have the infantry units in the task force delivered by drop pods. This flag is now used for paradrop reinforcements AFAIK. FS also added a user targetable superweapon that delivered a hard coded taskforce via drop pods. It would be nice to see both of these restored and the superweapon taskfoce being customisable.

Just wondering if this could link into 1273 as could have the building automatically drop in pods as a possible alternate to a player-defined reinforcement

If anything, it would make more sense to give UnitDelivery the option to have a delivery vehicle.

That way, we could make this one a special case where the game takes the task force in question, picks a pre-defined delivery vehicle/animation, and creates a temporary UnitDelivery SW to deliver the task force, and we could save us the effort of implementing extra delivery vehicle stuff for #bug:1273.

Dcoder I believe, go look up the revision in svn and compare to previous to see what was done. From my limited understanding it looks like it created a unit via droppod locomoter when a certain weapon was fired, but my interpretation could be way off.
