Bug Description

Instead of the useless tag IonStorm=yes maybe convert it to LightningStorm= and rehook/rewrite the code to produce random Thunder/LightningStorms?

That's what it does(/is supposed to do) already :\

As far as I know IonStorm=yes dosent even work anymore. I've tried several times, and unless I'm doing something wrong I've never gotten this to work.

But this isnt really all that important, these guys got enough to deal with at the moment. Just thought I'd throw it in here to see what others thought of the idea.

IonStorm= should (randomly) shut off radars, change the map lighting, and produce random bolts of lightning throughout the map, for (randomly?) set periods of time.

Basically, all the same effects of a lightning storm except that clouds don't appear and the lightning bolts appear randomly throughout the entire map.

In honesty, I think the logic as it stands should be fixed, rather than changing it. It was a rather nice effect.

I'll close this as a duplicate to the existing weather requests.
More importantly, though, the idea to not use a flag which has already done the exact thing you want now is just silly.
