Vehicles are destroyed when teleported in the water by a Chonosphere

Bug Description

If you use a chronosphere to teleport an amphibious vehicle to the water (or teleport the unit that is in the water to another water location) the unit will sink. This is expected behaviour for a ground vehicle, such as a Grizzly Tank, but it happens even when a unit has been modified to be able to traverse water normally.

[MGTK]
Locomotor={4A582741-9839-11d1-B709-00A024DDAFD1} ; Drive
MovementZone=Amphibious
SpeedType=Amphibious

Order this to drive into water. It moves just fine.
Chronoshift it into water. It sinks.

Fixed issue #897 - amphibious objects will survive being chronoshifted into water.
