Bug Description

Split from bug:828 :

Whether this delivery superweapon can be used on water/ground should be defined in superweapon entry. Let's say I want to have a chrono sphere transport which provides player with a grizzly tank. I use it over water but close enough for this grizzly to appear on the shore. Chrono-in animation appears on water and the unit appears in a different place. I know it's because of the functionality but it really looks wrong.

Possible solutions: a separate anim that's played once per each delivered object? anim should move to the first delivered object? something else?

Would be nice to be able to specify both, an umbrella effect like the main chronosphere one and then a per unit one like the warp one. You could simulate a mass arrival of sub terrain units that way by having no umbrella anim and the dig anim for the per unit one.

As AnnoySumo said If there is any posibility of use both animations you can turn off any of those 2 with a invisible animation...

For the "umbrella anim" you can do what you said, play anim on first delivered unit OR if there is a way to average out the center point between all the delivered units (so it doesn't end up with 1 unit getting the anim 5 feet away and the other 3 tanks aren't covered by the anim because of a terrain block) then that would be a more favorable, but possibly harder to code, solution. For most cases though "play anim on first delivered unit" would be fine.

other suggestions of an optional one anim per unit are good as well.
