Pre-placed crates disappear in SP

Bug Description

When a goodie crate is pre-placed in a singleplayer mission and the game is saved/reloaded before the crate gets picked up by the player - it no longer exists at the location it was supposed to be. This is sometimes game-breaking for fan-made single-player mission. There are workarounds but bug is a bug.

- play a singleplayer map with pre-placed crate (or create your own)
- save game
- reload game
- find that the crate is GONE!

Related to other savegame issues like the GlobalVariables perhaps?
