Allow modders to choose what happens to parasites if the host heals

Bug Description

Currently, if an infected unit is healed, the parasite is removed. This isn't wanted in certain cases e.g. mind-control parasites, healing parasites...

Can't healing parasites be done the same way as mechanics - positive damage, negative verses?
As for MC parasites, I'm pretty sure they don't get removed at all, since they're not really parasiting the unit.

Tried both ways it the heain parasite, it would "infect" the unit but only for the first time. I don't know but I think the problm is it heals the unit, and so desroys itself. MC parasites, I didn't actually test but since it attacks like any other parasite, I'd assume it infectslike any other parasites.

I have tested MC parasite as far as sonic/repair ifv/repair depot goes and none of these remove the parasite
