Bug Description
Currently, if an infected unit is healed, the parasite is removed. This isn't wanted in certain cases e.g. mind-control parasites, healing parasites...

Can't healing parasites be done the same way as mechanics - positive damage, negative verses?
As for MC parasites, I'm pretty sure they don't get removed at all, since they're not really parasiting the unit.
