Remappable/Faction Specific Parachutes

Something like in the general section:

AlliedParachute=ALLCHUTE

SovietParachute=SOVCHUTE

ThirdParachute=THDCHUTE
    - or -
YuriParachute=YURCHUTE

Possibly even for new factions:

Side04Parachute=SDFOURCHUTE
Side05Parachute=SDFIVECHUTE
Side06Parachute=SDSIXCHUTE
Side97Parachute=SDNINTYSEVENCHUTE

All the way to 99...

Or under the country name:

[AMERICA]
Parachute=ALLCHUTE

[RUSSIA]
Parachute=SOVCHUTE

[YURI]
Parachute=YURCHUTE

[NEWSIDE1COUNTRY]
Parachute=CHINACHUTE

[NEWSIDE2COUNTRY]
Parachute=MARTIANCHUTE

Anyhow, this would be since we can give new paradrops country specific planes but not parachutes.
