Bug Description

So a country can have an SW building without gaining access to the SW.

A country could have a suped-up version of an SW that the rest of the side only has the regular version of.

This would mean that you wouldn't need the horrible hack of work around that is the American Air Force Command HQ.

Plenty of other uses for this.

Possible alternative that would be easier to implement: [ParaDropSpecial]SWAlternative.Americans=AmerParaDropSpecial
Though I'm not exactly sure how nasty it would be to make certain countries get no sw instead of an alternative one.

Thoughts?

Sounds good. A 'no SW' option would be nice but certainly not essential.

I definitely think this should be on the building.

That way you can leave the normal superweapon flag blank, and then specify one country that gets the SW, particularly with the scenario of the American Airforce HQ. For example:

[AMRADR]
...
SuperWeapon=none
SWAlt.Americans=AmerParadropSpecial

You should also be able to specify a SW as normal (using the regular tag which would apply to all countries) and then specify which ones will NOT receive the SW. For example:

[BIGBANGSW]
...
SuperWeapon=BIGFREAKINBANG and
SWAlt.Americans=none
