Bug Description
1. Cloaked units/buildings get targeted by the AI above all other units
2. Units near cloaked units/buildings get blocked due to their futile attempts to attack them, noticeable on turreted units, turret keeps turning toward cloaked units, and then returns to primary position
3. Transparency causes lag, solution: make the game create an alpha image of all units/buildings that have cloaked=yes/true on loading. (Better solutions probably exist, though)
##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE #####
To prove 1., build a cloaked unit.
To prove 2., move a cloaked unit near an enemy unit.
To prove 3., make 5+ cloaked units/buildings.

as this is now "resolved", I gues DCoder made cloaked unit now alpha image? If so then I will add the Stealth Generator back.
