This is a really strange bug that only affects the Destroyer when it is attacking a Naval Yard.
To reproduce, perform the following:
1. Position a Naval Yard (enemy or friendly) in the map.
2. Position an Allied Destroyer roughly south-west to the Naval Yard.
3. Order the Destroyer to attack the Naval Yard.
4. If done "correctly", observe that the Destroyer will turn to face the Naval Yard, but will not fire any shots or more than one shot before pausing indefinitely.
This bug does not appear to be caused by FACING as forcing UnitClass::GetFireError to always return OK does not eliminate the bug. There is "something else" in the code causing this glitch. |

It seems to be caused by TargetCoordOffset. |
