Bug Description
Does not work at all, vehicles regardless of IsTrain or not, drop a crate once destroyed.

You mean they never drops a crate once destroyed, right?
Did you set TrainCrate=yes and TruckCrate=yes on the map entry? Crates won't drop from either of them if those tags are disabled.
