Boris' Flare Cannot Be Used on Slave Miners

Boris' flare cannot be used on deployed Slave Miners even if the deployed miner's armor type was changed to that of a building.

To reproduce, perform the following:

    1. Change the Armor of YAREFN to wood, steel, or concrete.
    2. Start a new game and make sure there is a Boris on your team and a
       Slave Miner on the enemy team.
    3. Try to attack the deployed Slave Miner with Boris.
    4. Observe that Boris fails to target the deployed Slave Miner with his
       flare.

This bug appears to be hard-coded behaviour caused by at least one of the following flags:

    Enslaves
    SlavesNumber
    SlaveRegenRate
    SlaveReloadRate

    ResourceGatherer
    ResourceDestination

The expected result is that since the deployed Slave Miner's armor was changed to that of a building type, Boris should be able to target the deployed miner with his flare.
