Can you upload it to a one-click hoster, or if you haven't gotten a crash dump yet, create one when the game crashes next time? Zipping usually makes it a lot smaller, and then I can take a look.

I'll add some check in Ares so it shouldn't crash at that particular location when this happens, but the tag is required to be set (according to rules comments), so there's no guarantee this change will help prevent crashes at all, just shift the location.
Secondly I've also noticed an IEP C0000005 at 0069E800 which ive seen one instance of it being reported on PPM but no public solution.
I've had about 4 times similarly for unknown reasons.

From what I see, it crashed while drawing the base shape of the building AIRPAD with Image=NAPAD. The shape file has a width of 0, a height of 22792, and 32231 frames. Not sure what happened. The shape file could be corrupt, or it has been unloaded again, and the memory was reused while the game somehow retained a pointer to it.
