Engineer+Transport tasked to Capture Structure AI BUG

Bug Description
Engineer+Transport AI combo attack should have been worked normally against enemy structures, but they can't attack armed/defense-like structure because they Unload the passengers when going to attack structure.
AI Units Example:
1 Engineer and 1 Flak Track
AI ScriptType Example:
0. Move to Friendly Structure: Soviet War Factory (Closest)
1. Load onto Transport
2. Wait Until Fully Loaded
3. Move to Enemy Structure: Allied Construction Yard (Least Threat)
4. Unload
5. Attack Enemy Structure: Allied Construction Yard (Closest)
This should have been worked as it is, but since some mods making the ConYard considered as a Base Defense by adding Dummy Weapons, they won't Transport the Engineers, instead, they Unload the passengers w/ Engineers when doing AI ScriptType Number 5 (Attack Enemy Structure: Allied Construction Yard (Closest)).
This is also tested with Unit that has InitialPayload, and the result is same.
