Bug Description
Using 2 logics that make use of PipScale= on the same object will cause incorrect pips to be displayed. It happens at least when passengers are combined with other functionality - the game will then display passenger pips for the unit, no matter what value was set under PipScale= tag.
This is probably because WestWood didn't use 2 different PipScale= logics on the same unit at a time, so they didn't have any need to support it. This however causes passengers to be displayed for units with InitialPayload if they also have something like ammo or mind control functionality.
