Bug Description

Garrisonable structures that have UC.PassThrough value higher than 0 and have occupants added in via InitialPayload.Types/Nums behave in an erratic fashion once an infantry unit inside is killed by a weapon that can kill occupants. Dead infantry generate an unit lost EVA message etc, but the pips indicating the amount/types of garrisoned infantry stay intact and game will crash if one attempts to eject the occupants, or potentially does so if one attempts to keep firing on the said structure with a weapon that can kill occupants.

Checked for UC.PassThrough and IsTrench combination. Traversing from one building to another and then back, after some occupants have been killed, gave this crash.
