Bug Description
When something fires a weapon that is supposed to mutate infantry, and then dies before the projectile hits, the mutated infantry will be owned by the neutral house regardless of MakeInfantryOwner= settings.
This can happen to any projectile that doesn't hit the target instantly.
It's as if the projectile's ownership was changed to neutral immediately after the firer died (probably to prevent the game from checking an invalid pointer for the owner when it hits, so i'm not sure if it can be easily fixed).
