chrono miner does not tilt on slope

Bug Description
Chrono miner does not tilt on slope when stops, or hit by weapons that has rocker=yes set on warhead. It does tilt when moving on slope though. I suppose it's because chrono miner original has a teleporting locomotor and the game treats it as a normal vehicle because of the dock flag, but forgets or fails to do so when chrono miner is not moving.
