Wave.IsLaser/Wave.IsBigLaser=. Not sure which one tho.
Wave.XXXX effects are like this since they were introduced. They always ignored shroud.
However, this also affects IsMagBeam=yes weapons, which, now i noticed, worked fine in YR, but ignore shroud ever since 0.1 Ares.
