Selling a non-cyard deployable building gives vehicle back

Bug Description

I was tring to add Fake MCVs and Fake CYards and i found this. It doens't happens with real Cyards. I attached a ss about it. I'll look into it a bit more to learn what causes it but you might be messed something up when trying to fix MCV undeploy-sell exploit.

ConstructionYard=yes is what applies special handling to buildings that are sellable and undeployable at the same time. It has other effects, too, though.

If you can reproduce it in 0.9 it might be vanilla YR bug too. I was just guessing, it may be wrong.

Modenc says it is used for SW Targeting and Deploy Facing. That is a good thing if AI sees a Fake CYard as a vaild taget for a Nuke/WC, like foolin the with Fake Buildings too. So this is not really a problem now but it'll be better if it'll be fixed.
