Hidden sign is shown for Cloaked Enemy Buildings

Bug Description

As you can see in attached screenshot, there is a Camo PillBox behind the Battle Lab and hidden sign is just revealing it. They shouldn't shown for cloaked enemy units.

The "behind" animation doesn't show until you discover the cloaked buildings. Freshly build cloaked structures don't show it until you get a cloak detector nearby. So balance wise, it's not really a gamebreaking issue.
