AI Replaces Lost CYard via anyother CYard if it has

Using Yuri Prime You can get AI with Lots of Construction Yard.

Steps to Reproduce.

1.Be Yuri and Build Yuri Prime.
2.Wait until your ally builds War Factory and Service Deport(not sure is it needed).
3.Capture his CYard with Yuri Prime.
4.It should build a MCV to replace lost one.
5.Give captured CYard back. Now it has 2 CYard.
6.Capture New CYard.
7.It'll build a new one. Not with MCV. It builds like anyother building.

Note: Do not directly capture 2. CYard without first giving back first CYard. It may not work.

Not tested but possibly happens in orginal YR too.
