Bug Description
Whether a Secret Lab has assigned a random bonus already is remembered on the type, hence two Secret Labs of the same BuildingType on the map behave erratically. The first one gets a random bonus assigned normally, every other building gets no bonus at all. This does not apply if fixed bonuses are used.
