CanC4=no turns negative damage to positive on a building

Bug Description

Very bizarre behaviour if you use stuff like Damage=75 and warhead is like -100% and such fires with cellspread on CanC4=no building, it takes damage while other buildings repair as expected if need be.

Actually considering this originally was only used on barrels originally, it may explain not considering as friendly if fellow barrel inflicts damage... (?)
