Bug Description
Crazy Ivan gets the IvanBomb cursor on a Grinder, and thus he can't enter it. If the Grinder is bombed, Ivan gets an enter cursor, though, and is able to enter the Grinder normally.
Change the behavior to allow Ivan to enter the Grinder. If the Force Fire key is pressed, use the old behavior.

Ivans can now enter Grinders, while holding the Ctrl button still allows to target it if someone wants to.
