Bug Description
With the CustomPalette fix working I realised my remaining AltPalette=yes animations (unit*.pal) are showing thru the shroud, now this is not big issue to me but it will surely show any genetic mutator anim thru shroud too...

I can confirm that animations with AltPalette=yes are drawn through shroud, as are IsSonic AND IsMagBeam, Wave.IsLaser and Wave.IsBigLaser beam effects.
