Shrapnel weapon Ivanbomb crash

Basicly, put Ivanbomb=yes warhead into any shrapnel weapon like those of prism tank and game will crash on the spot...

Can be reproduced 100%

Problem exists from first ARES version thus dropbox link has memory dump and stuff from 0.1 as later 0.4 not produce memory dump.

No crash anymore but I do not get the dynamite planted (!?) despite shrapnel fires and yes, radiation is now working from shrapnel weapons as part of same test.

[Developer warning]IvanBomb bullet without attched WeaponType. Plus I eventually got a crash from repeated firing, not sure if related to this or the radlevel I had on it...

I made an error when assigning the weapon type. Instead of the shrapnel I attached it to the bullet that just detonated. Will be fixed in the next version.

The crash happened when updating a spawn manager that has been uninitialized already. I don't think it is related, though I can't guarantee it.
