Bug Description
In a new series of reconnection errors.. kidding, just one. In a long time.
3vs3 online game, 1 observer. A while after one of them left the game, Volkov was engaging enemy naval units and a Lightning Storm was created. According to SYNC files, Volkov's EMP animation on an Aegis Cruiser existed for OmegaBolt but did not for the rest. I don't know what about the EMP effect itself. Ares 0.4.
