Amphibious units. EMP and Chrono Shift

Bug Description

A unit with MovementZone=AmphibiousDestroyer and SpeedType=Amphibious doesn't sink when affected by EMP.
However, same unit, if affected by EMP and chronoshifted in that state, will still sink. This shouldn't happen.

Regular vehicle locomotor. (if you wanted to ask if i used hover locomotor: no, i didn't, because that one always causes the unit to sink after EMP :P )
