Wave Lasers not visible with details set to low

Bug Description

Wave.IsLaser= and Wave.IsBigLaser= effects aren't visible at all ingame when the details are set to low. This is unlike regular lasers, sonic waves and magnetron beams, which are still visible, just with reduced details.

No wonder WestWood disabled the code for them...

They are not visible on medium detail level (1) either. Only if detail level is set to high (2).

It might that originally they may been used for the Tiberian Sun Obelisk/Laser Turret lasers as additional to the usual laser lines to widen the laser.

That is the purpose of the Detail Level setting. To not draw certain things to make the game run a little faster. Lasers use some different mechanism to infer whether they should draw depending on whether they are house-colored or not. I don't consider this a bug.

16.69.1094, wave lasers are now visible on any visual setting.
