Bug Description
IF AffectsAllies=no is set on a temporal weapon.
Like so:
[ChronoBeam]
Verses=
Temporal=yes
AffectsEnemies=yes
AffectsAllies=no

Chrono Legionnaire can still destroy friendly units and buildings. The intended use for this in my mod was to remove the invulnerability trick with temporal weapons. I always assumed it worked and never tested it till today with Ares 0.2 P2

AffectsEnemies=
AffectsAllies=
Are both ignored by temporal Weapons. The
AffectsAllies= tag is also ignored in Vanilla Yuri.
Based on Issue 397 where:

Changed AffectsEnemies parsing to the same house source AffectsAllies uses - maybe this'll fix the healing issues.
Related to issue #397.

I can only assume that this is a vanilla game error that has been passed on from AffectsAllies to the AffectsEnemies tag.
