Nuke flash doesn't disappear completely

Bug Description

After the superbright flash, the lighting on map doesn't return to its initial stage. FatMan.

Hm, now it disappeared for the first time but it took it way too much time. More than 2 ingame minutes.

Okay, it's not a rule. Something must have triggered it, now it didn't disappear 2 minutes after the explosion.

Could reproduce it only in MO, and only with the original Nuke SW (the one with the posted code).

Couldn't reproduce it with a nuke clone SW, and couldn't reproduce it at all in my mod. In those cases, the lighting changes and reverts back normally.

Assuming this was the old bug where the very bright flash didn't disappear then this is fixed as far as I can tell.

I've seen this recently on our 4P game on Pak Choi, the flash still didn't disappear completely.

I can confirm that this issue still exists, but only in MO. This doesn't happen at all in my mod, even with NukeSpecial copied from MO.

Correction: this problem does happen, but only when put the nuke weapons on the WeaponTypes list. Since i don't use that list, i never encountered this problem, except in mods that use it.
