'Guard Area for ... seconds' does not work like Guard Area

Bug Description

'Guard Area for ... seconds' seems to be completely bugged and not working properly. When I make a patrol loop, in which the unit moves to a certain waypointa nd then 'Guard(s) Area for 30 seconds', it will just stay there and only fire if an enemy comes into its range.

When the enemy outranges it, it will turn its turret (if it has one) at the attacker but it will still sit there, doing nothing and after the time of 'Guard Area' passes, it will not even start to move to the location it's supposed to. It will never leave the spot to take on enemies which appear in the area it is supposed to guard.
