pitivi is unable of rendering videos

I've tried different container/video codec/audio codec combination, and pitivi just display the "Rendering" dialog and hangs on "Estimating...".

On the terminal I can see the following messages:

I don't think it's a duplicate of that bug. I've been using pitivi on
(updated) 11.10 all the time , but the bug only started when upgraded
to 12.04.

I have the similar problem. I had used it at 10.04. Just upgrade last week. But Pitivi didn't work. As what had mentioned, the rendering hang.

If any effect is used, the program will close unexpectedly.
