Bug Description

lightsparc-git renders the gui of the youtube player but after some loading it just crashes.
I'm using archlinux x86_64 on amd64 linux-2.6.39-ARCH ATI Radeon X550 (RV370) Mesa 7.11-rc1 gallium3d-0.4 ffmpeg-20110622-1

Could be the libav 0.7 bug which affects Ubuntu Oneiric.

Please provide a backtrace of the crash. It's quite probably that the issue is indeed FFMpeg related.

IIRC Arch uses a git version of ffmpeg, to have the problem fix you have to update to a snapshot newer than 6 July 2011.

I cannot build lightspask-git against ffmpeg-git. It fails with error:

You seem to have build ffmpeg without shared libraries, please try again with the right ffmpeg build flags

Today there was update of ffmpeg package in arch and lightspark is working again. It seems it was just libav
