Bug Description

The bookmobile section of the projects tab (http://www.archive.org/texts/bookmobile.php) is about 7 years outdated. Could use total revamp or at least a note at the beginning explaining that the bookmobile is now out of service

Since the BookServer information is housed under the projects tab, this section will likely be gettting/has gotten more traffic than usual and should be updated.
