Providing no package name runs Software Centre

If I visit my site running apturlredirector and I do not provide a package name, Software Centre is launched (briefly) and then closed again.

Steps to reproduce:
- browse to http://apturlredirector.local/p
- see Software Centre is launched

What happens:
- Software Centre is launched and then closed again.

What I expect to happen:
- Software Centre should not be launched.

More details:
- Client OS: Natty
- Client Browser(s): Firefox 4, Chromium and Chrome

I have attached a patch to prevent SC from being launched and instead redirects to the front page of the site.

I have tested to confirm that the following URLs redirect as expected with the included patch applied:
- http://apturlredirector.local/p
- http://apturlredirector.local/p/
- http://apturlredirector.local/p/,
- http://apturlredirector.local/p/,,,,

Note: http://apt.marcoceppi.com/tests/stefano.php returned no data.
