Comment 1 for bug 98698

Some types of progress are realy meant to not cancel, but for a reason the X button still there..
Only operations that shows a cancel button in the bottom of progress window could be canceled.

Now the last svn will remove the close button (X) from the title bar if the process
could not be canceled.
