Unhandlable error occured: programming error in aptdaemon

Anytime I try to install or remove anything I get this message;

"An unhandlable error occured

There seems to be a programming error in aptdaemon, the software that allows you to install/remove software and to perform other package management related tasks. Please report this error at http://launchpad.net/aptdaemon/+filebug and retry."

In the details box it says;
"Traceback (most recent call last):

I don't understand what any of that means, and has complicated everything.

I got the same problem expect it only occurs when I try to ia32-crossover-games-demo_10.1.1-1_amd64.deb. I don't understand what this mean either. How do I solve this problem?
