cannot install application not able to locate libcddb2

Bug Description

I was dowloading vlc and there was a power cut. Then I restart my computer in order to install amsn and this appear:

SystemError: E:I wasn't able to locate file for the libcddb2 package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package.

I did :
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
