flashplugin-installer_10.2.153.1ubuntu0.10.10.1_amd64.deb crashes on install

I tried to install through update-manager, "ADOBE FLASH PLAYER PLUGIN INSTALLER" but I couldnt I was getting this errorr message:

 adobe-flashplugin conflicts with flashplugin-installer

After this I tried to download binary package from :
http://pkgs.org/download/ubuntu-10.10/ubuntu-updates-multiverse-amd64/flashplugin-installer_10.2.153.1ubuntu0.10.10.1_amd64.deb.html

I used "Ubuntu Software Centre" to install this binary package error message :

An unhandled error occured
