Bug Description

There seems to be a programming error in aptdaemon, the software that allows you to install/remove software and to perform other package management related tasks. Please report this error at http://launchpad.net/aptdaemon/+filebug and retry.

SystemError: E:I wasn't able to locate file for the libavutil50 package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package.

This error occered when I was trying to download adobe flash player plugin for firefox. I just downloaded ubuntu 10.10 on my dell vostro 1000, and i am new to linux. any solutions for the error?

Ok I found out that this error occurs whenever I try to download and install anything.
