In addition, when I run synaptic or apt-get upgrade i get this

E: The package mfc490cwlpr needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.
E: Internal error opening cache (1). Please report.

When uninstalling mfc490cwlpr,

the package mfc490cwlpr cannot be found
