I found a fix. If you boot in recovery mode, and tell it to correct damaged packages, then it will fix the problem. Fairly straight forward.

im new with linux n ubuntu n im not a geek lol :P:P anyway i need pymaxe desperately cuz i can't live without music!!! Or maybe there is some other program i can download for downloading music for free?? Cuz i can't seem to download pymaxe. PLS HELP ME!
