Bug Description
My computer is running Ubuntu 10.10
Today (22 February 2011) I checked manually for updates using Ubuntu Update Manager. There were three items in the list of updates to install, one was aptdaemon and the other two were related to aptdaemon, but I don't remember the exact names. I remember that their name or description contained the word "python".
When I was installing those updates, the following error occured:
"An unpredictable error occured
There seems to be a programming error in aptdaemon, the software that allows you to install/remove software and to perform other package management related tasks. Please report this error at http:/launchpad
