Bug Description

Every time I try to install a program using Ubuntu Software Center I get "An unhandlable error occured"
The details are:

    return self._simulate_helper(trans, status_path)

SystemError: E:I wasn't able to locate file for the libtinyxml2.5.3 package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package.

 Just a note:
I did lose power on the system while trying to install a program. When I powered back up I get the error regardless what program I try to install.
