Bug Description
After installing the Medibuntu repositories in Ubuntu 10.10 I downloaded Google Earth and attempted to install it. After some minutes a window appeared stating "An unhandlable error occured. There seems to be a programming error in aptdaemon... Please report error at http://
This was a new installation of Ubuntu 10.10 on a machine that had previously had it and with Google Earth running perfectly. The only change was a new hard drive.

I reformatted the hard drive, reinstalled Ubuntu 10.10 and was able to install Google Earth without difficulty.
