Bug Description

dpkg was in the middle of something and I cancelled it. Says that /var/something/dpkg/lock is open. So I remove it, then run dpkg --configure -a and everything seems normal again (I can use apt-get install and update). However, apt-get upgrade gives me errors when trying to handle /var/cache/apt/archives/ttf-mscorefonts-installer_3.2ubuntu2_all.deb . Thanks for anything you can do.
