can't install several new programs

Bug Description
When I go to Ubuntu Software Center and try to install new programs it gives me the following error very frequently;
An unhandlable error occured

So I just installed ubuntu yesterday, all the updates were done. Now I just want to go and install more programs through the USC but it is not working!
