Bug Description

I've looked up a few answers on Forums, and most tell me to type in the following (or some variant of it):
sudo sh /usr/share/doc/libdvdread3/examples/install-css.sh

Doing this I only get errors about the daemon (Total noob here, so no idea who that is) not allowing me to download stuff. Same comes up when I try to download VLC as an alternate dvd player.

Help?
